The second edition of her book launched this week. In the book, Dr. Goldner helps each woman discover HER all, not "it all." The messages that have been sent to women is that you must become a senior-level leader or become the entrepreneur of a multi-million dollar company to be considered successful. Dr. Goldner thinks that each woman should feel comfortable in her own skin and define success in her own way, which is a very different value proposition than what is trending out in popular culture now.
