At her current Berlin restaurant EI, she focuses on local produce and does her own take on German heritage cooking. In the podcast she will also tell how her all female restaurant team is still in minority in the male dominated restaurant world. She will also reveal her favourite restaurants in Berlin and the rest of the world.
