#84 -Il Software all-in-one per il Customer Journey (Marzia Baislak | CEO Qualitando)Qualitando è un software italiano che integra diverse funzionalità in un'unica piattaforma: sondaggi, questionari di qualità, gestione di hotspot WiFi, recensioni, web app e newsletter. L'obiettivo principale del software è favorire la costruzione della fiducia tra aziende e clienti, elemento fondamentale in ogni relazione. Per approfondire questi aspetti, il CEO di Qualitando, Marzia Baislak, condivide la visione e l'impatto del software nel consolidare queste relazioni. Qualitando è un neologismo ideato dal co-fondatore Luca Poretti, una mente pragmatica e responsabile della parte IT dell'azienda, che ha sviluppato il codice del software. Insieme agli altri founders, hanno deciso di creare un nome che richiamasse chiaramente il concetto di qualità, elemento centrale del progetto. L'idea era di scegliere un termine originale che rimanesse facilmente impresso nella mente dei potenziali clienti. Questo approccio si è rivelato vincente: il brand Qualitando è ormai fortemente associato al concetto di qualità, in particolare per i suoi questionari integrati con piattaforme di reputazione come TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck e Google.
