#84 | Natália Leal | "From Performance to Agency!"

In this episode, I sat down with Natália Leal, PhD, coach at Natália Leal | Coach & Trainer | Professional Speaker | Thriving Abroad, leadership advisor, former CEO of the World Fair Trade Organization and someone who discovered that achievement and agency are not the same thing.What struck me most is that this conversation was never really about leadership or careers.
