<p>Ritu Bhasin is an empowerment coach, speaker, justice advocate, and author. Her mission is to help create a world where all belong.&nbsp;</p><br><p>Born in Toronto, Canada to Sikh Punjabi immigrant parents, Ritu experienced the constant sting of racist bullying and struggled with cultural tension around her own identity. She carried her insecurities and the pressure to conform into her work life, first as a lawyer and then as an HR leader at a global law firm.
