# 84 Xmas, Corona & Chaos - how you coping?

Christmas is looming -  the shops are crazy, schedules chaotic and Corona redefining our world globally. Personally, I had a "fall in a heap moment" recently when I realised how much there was to do and how little energy I had leftover to do it all. I was frustrated, exhausted, agitated and frustrated. Christmas is a crazy time of year in normal circumstances. Let's add a few key ingredients: An Insane amount of fear being spread, people being refused entry to establishments because of their choices around health, holidaymakers arriving after 2 years of lockdown to be locked down again when they arrive at their holiday destination and its a recipe for an intense hit breaking point kinda feeling! Let's add - Many of us working or running businesses from home with children climbing the walls, under our feet and asking "can I play the iPad" literally every 2 seconds. OR 'Mum, I'm hungry" 15,000 per day.
