85 – ART SOUNDOFF : ART JOURNALING MICRO PODCAST CHALLENGE

This one's about the Art Soundoff Challenge, which is an Art Journaling Micro Podcast Challenge run by the Lean into Art Podcast. I decided to try and do all 30 prompts in one sitting, with only 30 seconds to Journal each one; I really enjoyed this episode. My Sister's away on holiday at the moment, and I'm dog sitting, so you may hear random noises and stuff...I didn't have my microphone, so recorded it using the camcorders built in microphone. Hopefully it's good enough, but lots of stuff was covered on this one, like: Art Tools, Awareness, Journaling, Mooji, Videogames, and we have a return of the Negative Thoughts.
