85. EVOX Series Wk 22 - Releasing Grief Around Growth & Generational Trauma

After about 3 weeks of experiencing a lingering melancholy, I knew it was time to do an EVOX session to identify the deeper emotional roots that needed to be released. The two things that came up in this EVOX session were 1. seeing my personal growth over the last few years and noticing a grief and fear around needing to let people go. If I continue to grow and they do not, the frequency and way in which we will be able to connect will be limited and there is a grief in that.
