M Everybody works my one good thing this week is the kids on our little league team boom nice. You're so sensitive what is it boom? No, because you were like oh yeah, these kids are great. They're wonderful and the parents and the whole experience That's my one good thing.

I don't have a new good thing That's good My one good thing this week I went to a concert on Thursday night here we go to the show to bang decide I had a wonderful time with the bank and had a great time at the show also I'm gonna say if you're not familiar with mothermother. They are incredible live Just a huge amount of showmanship in that band I'd never seen them live before somehow despite the fact that they've been playing shows in Vancouver a lot of free shows also With the last like 10 years somehow I just never went to like the Harmony Arts festival or like a cosmoana or whatever when they were playing so I hadn't never seen them Before this past Thursday. I was super impressed if you want to check them out I would recommend the album before this one a very good bad thing Hasn't quality songs aren't like monkey tree, which is one of my favorites from them But the best thing that happened at that show was that a gentleman came up to me in the crowd and said like hey Are you Justin?
