Von 2004 bis 2013 war er bei McKinsey & Company tätig, zuletzt als Associate Principal in Hamburg, New York, Palo Alto und München, wo er große Technologieunternehmen in Strategiefragen beriet. 2013 gründete er gemeinsam mit Dr. Georg Schroth NavVis als Ausgründung der TU München. Er verantwortet als CEO die Skalierung des Deep-Tech-Unternehmens auf rund 400 Mitarbeitende, mehr als 1.500 Kunden in über 50 Ländern und über 200 Mio. US-Dollar Finanzierung. Daneben ist er Board Member bei DyeMansion und beim Industrial-IoT-Unternehmen Cybus.
