#86 IGNITE your New Year (not what it seems)

Well wasn't 2021 a doozy! Many of us are happy to see the back end of it and launch ourselves into 2022. Quite possibly the New Year may not have gone as planned. Traditionally many of you devote the 1st few weeks of the New Year to set fresh new intentions, vision boards, journaling, Goal setting. As the New Way of living becomes very evident, I witness an enormous amount of the Collective starting their 1st 2 weeks of the year in lockdown. Even harder than the lockdown, the challenge of your immune system being compromised and being bedridden for days. Over the next 30 minutes together I am going to offer nourishment, support on how to personally navigate these chaotic times so you can maintain some level of safety and sanity. Many of us are feeling heaviness, uncertainty and are plummeting into some pretty dark places. My guess is that you haven't yet, with all the chaos going on at some point you will hit rock bottom.
