Thad Lutgens Deliver direction and vision for both the IT and Equipment Departments for a fast-growing construction firm.  Demonstrating an ability to lead, learn and adapt allowed for the expansion of role and responsibility within the organization.  In addition to directing the IT department, oversees the Equipment Department, which manages over $14M in large assets within the organization.  Assets range from specialized welding equipment to heavy duty cranes.
