#87 – Elizabeth McCourt, International Leadership Expert, Executive Coach, TEDx Speaker, and Author

Elizabeth McCourt is an executive coach with a TEDx talk entitled, "Why You Should Spill Your Secrets." She often works with C-suite clients on their leadership challenges and speaks globally about resilience, mindset, and the non-linear path to success. Prior to founding McCourt Leadership Group, she worked as an executive recruiter in financial services for Wells Fargo, UBS, and Ameriprise. Since 2013 she has participated in the prestigious Recruiter's Roundtable with On Wall Street magazine. Prior to being a recruiter, she worked as a trial lawyer in product liability and class actions.
