#87 ITS FOOTBALL DAY - England are European Champions 🏆 and the Premier League is back!!

Welcome to ITS FOOTBALL DAY, a podcast where two lads give their unfiltered opinions on the game of football. A senior England team has won a major tournament for the first time since 1966, England Women are European Champions after beating Germany 2-1 after extra time!! They have set the standard for women's football and started a fantastic legacy of winning. Here's to more trophies!As well as this, Liverpool beat Man City in our first taste of the new Premier League season as they win 3-1 in the Community Shield. It was battle of the ponytails as new signings Haaland and Nunez faced off and Nunez came out on top with a goal and a win but, Haaland will be hungry to prove himself.Finally, the Premier League is back in full this week and we could not be more excited, we try and predict the scores as always... but you know we're useless!
