Marcus Spence is one of Rachael's best friends and Senoir VP of A&R at Mosley Music Group. Having worn many hats, Marcus is full of wisdom for aspiring artists and has worked with the likes of Justin Timberlake, One Republic, Ariana Grade, Chris Cornell, and of course, his (older) nephew, Timbaland. Tim plucked Marcus right out of college to come work with the family business at his label, which was a joint venture with Interscope at the time.
