(9:20) -  I’m 44, going to be 45 this year and I feel like I’m losing the muscle I’ve built and not seeing results like I used to. I spent the last year at maintenance calories and tried a cut back in October and saw very little changes. Just wondering what is the best way to tackle a cut now that I’m in my mid 40’s? Should I go into a more drastic deficit or go slow and maybe start off in a 10% deficit. (15:15) -  For the RIR - should I be focusing on the RIR for each rep or the amount of reps you have listed to complete? (26:20) - Since I do not have a leg extension or leg curl machine, what are other isolation exercises I can use in place? (35:15) - Do beginner lifters benefit from a greater calorie surplus than advanced lifters since they have a greater capacity to put on muscle mass? Or because of that capacity, they should just eat at maintenance and get good results? —- Social Links: Blog – http://www.tailoredcoachingmethod.com/blog Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/tailoredcoachingmethod Instagram -https://www.instagram.com/codymcbroom YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/codymcbroom1 Email – [email protected] Cody McBroom Has Also Been Featured On: Huffington Post, Bodybuilding.com, The PTDC, Dr. John Rusin, Muscle For Life, Barbell Shrugged, Strong By Design, OPEX Fitness and More…
