In this episode, I sit down with Evans Armantrading.  Evans Armantrading Jr. is the Founder and CEO of CNU Fit, LLC, the leading transformation studio in Kent County. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a distinguished service record as a USAF veteran, Evans has grown CNU Fit from a living room operation to a thriving enterprise with three micro gyms generating over $1,000,000 in annual revenue. He has developed successful Metabolic and Personal Training Programs, helping over 3,500 clients lose more than 45,000 pounds. In 2024, Evans launched CNU Stretch, a pioneering initiative in Stretch Therapy, certifying over 75 stretch therapists and building a six-figure stretch business within his gyms. An active community leader, he serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Military Affairs Committee. Evans is also a proud recipient of the 2020 SBA Small Business of the Year and the 2021 SBA Veteran Business of the Year awards.
