88. Creating Space for Diversity

I often talk about topics being discussed in the business world. Important conversations about Issues around race, diversity are happening right now. Businesses are creating open statements about Racial injustices and Black Lives Matter -What about your family?   Here's how your family can create a diversity plan.   Questions to help you take action: Where does your family need to make space for diversity first? (internal, external, global)?  How could you benefit from broadening the diversity of your family? In what ways can live your core values with diversity in mind?   Diversity is a complex topic. Give thought to your answers to these questions. Making space for diversity is a worthwhile journey. Forward is the direction.
