88. Entering my Boring Mum Era

Welcome back to another episode where I open up about honouring myself throughout motherhood and how it looks different to before having my baby. A lot of mums go through motherhood being quite selfless and not taking time to honour their cycle or self and this is totally because that is how society expects us to function.In this episode, I discuss how I saw myself getting into a bit of a trap of being selfless and decided I would rather my son see how important it is for a woman’s body to be honoured throughout her cycle than to push myself to extreme — this is where my boring mom era began , enjoy xxx Ps- I refer a few times to an episode about my “6 month post partum realisations” but I have to re record it as the audio was terrible!
