On This episode of the High Tea series, Gabriel Ornelas sits down with Mike Traud, Philadelphia-based lawyer-turned-chef-turned-university instructor and Founder and Executive Director of The Chef Conference.   Mike founded The Chef conference in 2013 in partnership with Drexel University.
