On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Jake Barraclough!Jake is from London, but did run in college for a few years in the US. After college, he moved home and got a job. During this time, he became very motivated to get better at the marathon distance. He did some reading on Japanese marathoning and their high mileage training and was hooked.He quit his job and decided to not only adopt this training method, but also found an opportunity for himself to move to Tokyo Japan (hence the name of his socials/Youtube: RanToJapan). In just one year living and training in Japan, Jake has dropped his marathon time 20+ minutes to 2:17!
