Yes. What do we have in common with uncle no uncle Jesse from full house? Oh, uh, what we have mercy Do you know? You didn't know that's I didn't I wish you'd known I mean I should have pulled that um the royal urbus in uh for pretty woman when he just says mercy So who's in this fucking movie?
Francis o'Connor Um, who is she she was in ai she's in the conjuring part. Yeah Um, it's some other than the con also in the conjuring 33 and a third right? Yeah, um who else uh, we got uh, surely night who plays the titular mercy Um, she's in uh, she was in grandma's boy. She was one of the uh the older women Um one of the grandma's friends in grandma's boy.
That's one Uh, what's the kid's name the kid? Yeah, which one George? No buddy But I forgot about that. Thank you.
Thank you. No, uh, yeah, I guess it is georgie. Uh, chanler rigs Chandler bakes if you're asking bakes is a big boy. Yeah talking about chanler bing chanler Could you be any less of a fan?
Um, yeah, you guys know him from uh from that walking dead show he plays coral Which one is the walking dead show? That's the one with all the zombies. No, I mean, what's it called? It's called the walking dead Well, why didn't you just say that wait?
He plays coral coral? Isn't that like the main guy? Uh, the main guy is rick grimes and carl is his son. Oh, is we boy.
Yeah, it's we boy. Okay, but i'm abandoned my son Although as far as you're concerned, he's getting to be quite big. Yeah, he's a big big boy now. You're disgusting man.
Um, who else? Mark do plus now guys this I just will not tolerate Um, I Mark do plus is uh I'm not not a huge two plus guy. I think um, I think all those mumbly core movies are Bad. Yeah, I think I just I'm not into it.
Um, joe swanberg or swanberg. I think it is swanberg. Yeah. Yeah, he um, he can go kick rocks for all I care.
Yeah, um, sorry if uh, the other thing we're totally alienating our mumblecore fan base Uh, mark two plus i heard years ago. It must have been on uh, you made it weird and the two of them were just so delighted with each other They're like the most positive two guys and they're just like being positive towards each other, which is all well and good Um, it just does nothing the duplast does nothing for me. Um Yeah, I mean like look I love the league. I loved the league no league is good, but it's an ensemble It is an ensemble.
You got nick roll. You got steve. I was in 9-eleven run as easy What one of my favorite things about steve run as easy is that he was in 9-eleven? Yeah, I just talked about it non-sombe If you ever met him could you resist the urge to be like, I'm just such a big fan of your work I mean the way you said you were in 9-eleven when you were it I I I felt I believe it.
I felt like you were really there No, I don't know if this is crazy. Maybe you feel the same way, but like new york's kind of a character of its own in that story Oh, man. If you don't know, I steve run as easy light about being in 9-eleven. Yeah, he On multiple platforms on mark mary shell specifically.
Um, that would oh my god That's just so believe he lied about being on 9-eleven on a show that obama was on the president. You can't do that I was in 9-eleven, baby No, thank you for your service. Yeah, oh my god. It's so good.
It's like it's so funny It's evergreen for me. I never get sick of thinking about it's stolen valor. Yeah, not civilian stolen valor Right. Yeah.
Yeah, what's the highest honor that a civilian can receive? I'm not the presidential medal Is my honor? Boy. Yeah, um, so steve run as easy.
Uh, you know, I wish you would make it more sort of I was a d-dang Um, who else is in this? Uh, henna Hayes who uh, she plays like the imaginary friend or whatever. Um, she is in the grinder That's right. I was like, I knew her face from someone and guys if you if you've been following the show, you know, we're grinder nation Yeah, this is grinder nation grinder strong.
Of course grinder's been canceled for a good what two years now easy easy two years Uh, miss it every goddamn day. We're we gotta bring it back to people. Yeah, time to let's let's get this trending. Yeah, um, I think that's kind of it Just a shirly night.
Yeah, I did cool. Sorry. I was doing something else. Yeah, no, I know I have like a little zoom recorder over here.
I'm doing a another pottery auxiliary podcast You're conspiracy podcast. Um dispatch May 18th 2019. Oh, oh, yes. That's my my robin williams conspiracy podcast Um, all right, and I watched this movie.
Yeah, it's same and I don't know what the fuck is going on Let me break it down for you. All right, grandma made deal with the devil Then she turned into the devil I wrote a song to help you remember. Okay, grandma was nice at first and then she got me and turned into the devil All right. I can hear questions.
Um, this so the movie opens 1967. Um, a woman Wrong year, but yeah Uh, they're in like a farmhouse. It looks like the fucking dust mama. It looks like some grapes or half that shit Do they say where they are?
No Virginia, maybe yeah, it feels like uh Feels like the Appalachian yeah like that region of the country So uh, there's a young woman holding a baby and then uh, uh, the the daddy comes walks in he's wearing like some overalls I'm sorry the what the daddy the So let me get this straight. Yeah, you're telling me she's just sitting there and then all of a sudden in walks dead That's all right. I can get as high as I wanted on that one. He's carrying an axe axe daddy Um, and you think oh no, this is Stephen King scary and what's he gonna do?
This is Stephen King scary? Yeah, this is uh, Stephen King scary Is he gonna are you am I hearing you through google translate? Is he gonna he's gonna axe up uh his uh his wife and baby? You think so, but you you take a look at this guy too, and he looks like uh, he's wearing an edger suit Yeah, he looks like real shit.
He looks he looks like uh, then off rio in my B. Oh, your skin's hanging off your bones sugar water I want to hear that come on the show the not for your I want to Um, so and then so the guy he walks in and he turns the axe around and then just swings it right into his own own head Yeah, splits his melon. He sees his shadow. He sees his head sort of cleave open.
Yeah, pretty good effect Pretty good effect. I gotta say I don't know if I've ever seen a guy axe himself in a movie. Yeah, so that that was nice to say It's good representation matters. Yeah, I think that's what I'm trying to say Um, so I honestly like I saw that I was like all right.
This might be like that's a good cold open For like a B level horror movie. Yeah, I mean this is I don't know if this is a straight to video movie or just a limited release But and I refuse to find out yeah, no I not a lot of people have seen this movie to be sure Um, so yeah, it's it's a good way to open the movie. You got my attention. All right, you know what I said after that I said, okay, I'm listening new rule.
I'm listening that is the rule So then uh next thing we see is it him it's him with his grandma. Yeah, so him getting beaten up It I mean it kind of goes a little back and forth. Yeah, the opening 10 minutes happen very fast Yes, where it shows coral from walking to there. He's he's like my grandmother's my best friend It's all done in voice.
Oh my god. He's so bad at voice over that talk about grandma's boy That's me. I'm carl and it is vinace bear child actor. Yeah, I love my grandma So they uh they have a very close relationship and um, there's there's shots of him getting beat up at school And there's there's him and his grandma like walking around this whole violin thing Uh, where do they go out to I guess this is her her mom?
I think she's always there was Um, her mom. Oh, yeah, her grandma. You're right. She says something to the effect of like uh if you stand over it and you don't have courage She'll grab you and pull you down which is yeah Well, she says because there's like some sort of like runes on her tomestat like some sort of weird glitch And um He yeah, he's like what does it mean?
She's like oh, no, you don't want to know buddy Yeah, if you stand on the grave and uh, yeah, and she thinks you're a coward. Yeah, who loves his grandma too much She'll pull you in so he he steps on me. He's the epsilon. He's the epsilon.
He's the epsilon. He's the epsilon Uh cajun cast That we should do that for the patreon occasion cast. Yeah, but we talk about in a cage movies. Oh the rage in cajun.
Yeah Welcome Oh, could you imagine doing that for an hour and what a migraine no, I cannot um, so did you just go with here? No, so he steps on a great great great great great great great great great great. Yep, and uh, what's that a rattler appears? Yeah, big old pile of snake.
That's the sound it makes goes And grandma says here play the fiddle for the snake. Yeah, um some real uh, double what's out of Georgia shit. Yeah, I agree This was okay. So we have a movie playing as we're talking I kind of forgot not to uh reference it.
Yeah, but basically the rattler comes up to him She's like you don't you gotta prove you're not afraid by playing a beautiful song, right? So he does he plays the most beautiful song you can think of yeah, the devil went down the direction hot cross buns Um and the snake goes away and she says something dumb like good I don't know you did it the uh, then there's the shot of him getting bullied at school for the second Yeah, so he goes to confront his bully and like it's like all the kids like standing on the playground playing people or whatever And the main bully like sees him coming he's like oh, this should be good And george here just walks up to him clocks him in the mouth His violin case and then opens it to reveal it's full of rocks like big river rocks Like that kid died that day for sure for sure you can like they say you can like kill someone by punching them with a roll of quarters in your hand Yeah, it's yeah, you nobody nobody should be getting into fights because you could hurt somebody so bad Oh my god. It hurt. Yeah, like you really can yeah It probably seems fun to have like backyard fights with your boys.
Yeah, like if you want to get involved in bum fights I gotta tell you don't do it. All right, the pay sucks but yeah, so this kid takes a Violent case filled with rocks and swings at as hard as you can and clobbers clobbers his bully Yeah, and then dumps the rocks out on him and he's like basically he's just like bitch and first he is and now that is grandma. Yeah, now who loves his grandma? Um, and then they're at like a Thanksgiving dinner a feast of sorts It is a feast and grandma has a stroke Yeah, and she has to be brought to the hospital and she's put into a nursing home I'm a human alright.
Hey home. That's better. Okay. Uh sorry.
Which one of us lives in Philly? one year later. All this stuff, this is all in the first 10 minutes. It's a lot of, I don't know.
But honestly, it's very fast to set up like the grandma's in a plate, like an institute. I think that's okay. I'm good up until actually that one year later. Okay.
Like I think they need to follow that. Continue with that. Continue through. Cause like she goes to the nursing home and like given what we learned later, why couldn't her condition of just like deteriorated like super naturally quickly?
Sure. Something about the one year later like really took me out of it for somebody who said, yeah I can see that. Like why is the devil taking his sweetest time? He's the devil.
The greatest trick the devil ever played was taking a sweetest time. We also, we see our Georgie talking to his friend who's like this little blonde girl. The girl from the grinder. Yep.
And we find out that it's an imaginary friend. That she's not actually real. Just like an added weird layer to this thing. But this is like a king trope for sure.
Like this happens often. It does. Someone has like a dead or imaginary friend. Yes.
And like this is the first one I can remember where you don't know what the imaginary friends deal is until the end. Is there another example of that? Well in the shining with Tony. Yeah.
Like you find out in the shining remake who Tony was. But like in the original. It was just in the rock's brother Tony Rock. Yeah.
It's an older version of Little Danny Torrance. OK. That's right. That's right.
But in the original, I don't think they ever go into that. Yeah. He does have like an imaginary friend who does talk to him. But they don't say who he is or where it comes from.
It's like it seems a lot more menacing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
So yeah, I don't know. This. So they're like, grandma is a scaredy cat. His brother is the worst.
Yeah. So his grandma is a stroke. And then we smash cut to a year later. Smash cut.
We do some like just character building shit. You see, right, like George talking to his little imaginary friend about you. Remember what really interesting. I think they're talking about his grandma.
Just like in general. Yeah. You know, like he feels shitty that he doesn't get to see her anymore. And yeah.
And she's sort of like his sort of just like guide in a lot of ways. Yeah. His moral compass. Right.
But then like you see the mom and the brother and George. George and his brother. What's his brother's name? Buddy.
Oh, sorry. Buddy. Hey, man. He's eating all the dinner.
Yeah. I shouldn't do what you're doing. Buddy. All right.
All right. Hey, buddy, man. That was droopy. That was droopy dog.
Hey, bud. Hey, bud. Anyway, that was fun. That was fun.
I'm putting that on my reel. And we're calling that segment. Hey, buddy. We should get a hey buddy segment going.
What do you think will take off, uh, faster? The hey, buddy segment or the one where we see if Stephen King's glasses are getting smaller over time. Which is a more. Which one has more like better legs?
Yeah, exactly. Uh, because after trying the Stephen King glasses thing, I'm beginning to think it works better as a joke. I say one time. Maybe not a recurring segment where we check in on the size of his glasses.
I think we can check in on the glasses. Maybe not every episode. They've gotten smaller. Maybe like quarterly.
Yeah, I don't know. Nearly enough for him to be a. I don't know. I don't know.
I'm being honest. I don't know how much smaller they can get. I don't think they sell them smaller than any bottom. The only way it could get smaller is if you start wearing like the gnaws, pins like the ones that just like clamp on your nose and don't have arms.
Yeah, like the Morpheus. That's right. Yeah. The cowboy Curtis specs.
Yeah. Yeah. So the family here, they have to, they're going to have to, I don't know if it's a payment thing that the grandma can't say in the nursing home anymore. No, she, they kick her out because she's being unruly.
She's a bad grandma. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Very cool. She dirty grandma. She's dirty bitch. Jesus.
Oh, come on. That is no way to talk. No. So, childy, this family, they, they have to move back into grandma's house and the mom and the two boys who are the same haircut.
Yes. And grandma is moving back home with them. Now boys, stop fighting. I gave you the same haircut.
So you'd stop fighting. Oh my God. Real quick, I just want to say I hate buddy because the first thing we learned about him is that he self identifies as a supertaste or the doctor. Oh my God.
I'm a supertasteer. I'm a supertasteer. So he's like dumping like salt and fucking like whatever else on his like crust cut off club sandwich. I don't like supertasters.
What like immediately you're like, all right, well, if he dies, it's fine. Not even like I don't hate supertasters on principle, but I don't like anybody. It's like saying I have perfect pitch, which is something I have said in the past. Yeah.
And it's true about me. Right. No, I know. I do feel like the supertaster thing is very annoying.
And I think it's just a way for a grown up to say, oh, I don't like that. I mean, I understand being, you know, very sensitive. Having a sense of palate. I mean, like sort of an emotional palate because I am an empath.
Oh, cool. And I feel everything very deeply. And that's why like when you try to talk to me about like your problems, I can't. I can't even bother.
I cover my ears and I start humming. Yeah. Perfect pitch. Yeah.
I'm just nailing every note. But yeah, so I kind of sympathize in that regard. Okay. But I've never tasted food good.
I don't taste food good. I don't taste food good. I can tell you when it's Taco Bell. Yeah.
And that's good. Otherwise it's just like, if it's green, I just like this tastes like green. Yeah. Vegetable.
No thanks. It's time to I'm not going to do. Let's get somebody canceled. You know what would be fun.
Let's like we should cancel somebody. All right. Who you want to cancel? Hmm.
How can we cancel JC? JC you're canceled. You hear that JC Shazay. You thought you're you thought we were talking about from the show JC Hendricks.
I would never cancel him. Couldn't be over knew him for an infinite amount of season. JC Hendricks, you just got renewed. So good for him.
Good for us. Yeah. Good for us as well. We're not a money.
But if you go to our Patreon, if you and thousands of your friends go to our Patreon, guys, get your friends involved. That's good. If you're listening to the show, you're probably a very social person. It's probably hard for you to be like, oh, can't I mean, we make the show and we're very social people.
We're in a room only as big as us that like a third person could barely fit into. Yeah. It's like designed to keep other people. Yeah.
It's a little bit bigger than a coffin. It's been called like a mistake. We will die in here. Yeah.
But what I'm saying is for you to even pull yourself away to be like, sorry, guys, can't go out tonight. I got to listen to King me. King me just dropped. It's got to be hard.
You're clearly a very social person. Of course. Why not help us extract capital from your friends? Yeah.
Give us your friends money. Give us their credit cards. If you're like out to dinner with your friend and they're like, I got it. I got the bill.
Take a picture. It'll last longer. Send us that picture. We will upload their information.
Is it like illegal to even joke about this? I don't know. All right. I'll stop.
So let's talk more about these bad movie. So they go to pick up grandma at the nursing home and our mom, character here. Her brother is there played by Mark Duplace. Du.
Duplace. Yes. What? What?
What do you want from me? And again, I just I can't. It's hard for me to watch Mark Duplace movies. Anyway, grandma's really not doing great.
And there's money that's being sent to the place, but I guess it seems like maybe Mark Duplace is just taking the money and like spending it himself. He's played as sort of like a scumbag. Yeah. It's weird because usually with a character like that, he's like a fun.
He's throwing out fun Uncle Vibes, but everyone hates him. The kids are on to his bullshit. Yeah, but he's not like Gary Busing in the silver bullet. He's kind of mean.
Gary Busing in the silver bullet. Fun is fuck. He'll get. He's going to get drunk, though dirty jokes and guess on your wheelchair.
And turn your wheel into a motorist. I'll put more torque in that wheelchair. Son. Hey, you want that thing to go faster?
Yeah, that's OK. I'm going to make you go way faster. No, go ahead. Go down the street.
I'm going to make a virtual prom night. Love some music. Yeah, he we should revisit silver bullet. I know.
I was thinking about maybe going back and revisiting someone like the better. I think it would be good for us to remember why we're doing this. It's like renewing our vows. That was how we started how we got the idea for this show was to just talk about silver bullet.
I was so as telling someone about this show and that's always painful because like it yeah because you're telling somebody you have a pocket because you're telling someone you have a pocket and they're like oh, it's about and you got to say it's about this very specific thing that you don't like. You don't have a strong passion for it. Yeah, yeah. I do like there's a good amount of these movies that I like.
Look, this show has opened up a world to me. This movie got me yelled at by Nick Harris. But yeah, I mean we started the show specifically to talk about the 1980s horror movie Silver Bullet starring Corey. Hi, I'm that's how you say it.
He's Corey. Corey Haim. He's one of the the Haim sisters. They do that in the wire, the song the wire.
Oh, yeah. Cool. Yeah. No, you were right to say that.
You were absolutely right to say that. I love Silver Bullet. That's cool. All right.
Two shy two shy. I should have waited. I should have waited for you to say something. Yeah.
Cool. Sorry. Oh, that's cool. Oh, yeah.
No, keep talking about that. No, it'll be good for the show if you keep talking about that. Yeah. Yeah, but we I think we should revisit.
We'll revisit. Like some of the like I feel like the 80s. Yeah, yeah, the 80s Stephen King movies were like that was kind of peak error for me at least. I think there's something like the best and worst.
Yeah. I think the most horror they're thinking of like the 50s and the 80s. Yeah. Like 60s.
Yeah. Yeah. I think the 50s are more for like B sci-fi movies and I think when people think of classic horror movies, they're talking about the 80s. Yeah.
I mean, you have like your nightmare in Elm Streets. You've read every John Carpenter movie. That's good. Yeah.
I mean, yeah. It's it is a it's a great time to be like cocaine abound. Oh, I got that's what's missing from horror movies now is the cocaine. I agree.
Although a case could be yeah. Well, no, Mandy. I was gonna say Mandy, but that's that's a lot of shit. Oh my God.
I'm just a patron. We should just watch Mandy. I just want to watch Mandy again. What if we did like a month of Mandy and called it Mandy more because like more money more handy more.
That's a good idea. Right? You're my shark. Love it.
Love it so much. Yeah. So this movie what? Moisty Moisty.
Mercier. Hey, I have a question. Yeah. What is this what do we have in common or nothing?
I was gonna basically just say that joke again from earlier about uncle Jesse, but I forgot how it went. I didn't memorize it. That was off the cuff. thing about this show.
The great thing about this show is zero preparation. Zero preparation. Just like go in, eyes closed, swing in a sword around. So they bring grandma home and there's a kind of creepy thing start to happen.
Yeah, I mean, they said I'm like ghosties. No ghosts, right? No ghosts. I think she like kind of like jerks awake or something.
Yeah, there's a couple like moments when she's like being she's acting scary, but it also like you don't know if it's like she right because like she there's nothing established. Like there's no precedent set like oh she was messing around with the devil or like she was into like some weird satanic shit like none of that is all you all you get is like yeah and honestly I love the setup of this movie and I think like it could be really interesting. Yeah, because like I don't know I do think that this is I mean this game and obviously before hereditary and hereditary. Yeah, this is hereditary was great except for that third act.
You know like the third act? I thought it was a bit much. I just I was all about it. Yeah, I mean, it's very beautiful.
Like it looks amazing when yeah when she spoilers. Yeah, let's do spoilers. All right, spoiler territory on if you haven't seen the movie knows your chance. Yeah, I just hit that 15 second button a few times when she's banging her head on the ceiling and the concert.
Yeah, flossing when she's doing the floss. Yeah, yeah. That's and all like spoiler, spoiler, her editor takes place in the Fortnite universe. There's so many all the creepy people in it in the back.
Oh my god. Yeah, that was like it was a week. That was so funny. Yeah, when you see because there's like the they're all naked old people.
Yes. And they're all smiling. Yeah, at least me. I didn't know if they were ghosts or real people.
They do not explain it. They don't which rules. Yes. We mean, they were watching haunting of Hill House.
Yeah, a lot of that right? Like goalies in the background. It's like the whole show is in the back. If you watch the show whenever they're the show takes place in the Hill House in the background of a lot of the shots, there's like just a ghost like peaking the set around the corner or like standing in the background.
And like there's actually happening in the foreground. Yeah. You know, people are talking and things are happening. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Yeah, tension is not like really diverted from what's happening in front of you. But then like on second viewing or like whatever, if you catch it, you're just like, holy fuck. There's this thing that happens to me when something like truly freaks me out. Yeah.
We're like the corners of my mouth draw back like you know, like a grimace. Yeah. Yeah. And that happened to me when I saw that naked old person.
Yeah. Because it's like, they're just standing there with the biggest smile in the face. So fucked. It's super fucked up.
Yeah. But so in reference to Mercy here, I think there's, you know, there's similarities here. It's like it's like intergenerational. The thinnest possible outline.
It's not a movie. We had a bunch of pie. It's intergenerational haunting, I guess. There, I mean, we could talk about the ending of this when we find out that the grandma is possessed by the devil.
Like a demon, a specific demon. It has a name, I forget it is. But that's also very hereditary. Right.
And like, and the demon seems like wants to take over the boy's body. Also very hereditary. Right. So I don't know, like, I don't think that the hereditary ripped off this movie.
No, the story necessarily. That's probably just like, I don't know. Two people can make a movie about the same thing. Right.
And they also like came out within like, relatively the same span of time. I just think like, I don't know, parallel thinking like that, you know, I think often of the big Lebowski and Kingpin is just being too movies about bowling that came out. Yeah. Really close to each other.
Amazing bowling movies. Are you a Lebowski or a Kingpin guy? I've never seen Kingpin. I do love Lebowski.
Is it good? Yes. It's my favorite Fairly Brothers movie, which, you know, not Green Book. I mean, Green Book, it's great.
I love the message. But God damn it. I can't, I can't believe that movie got made in one best picture. Yeah.
And this works at the year 2019. Do we learn nothing from Crash? No, we haven't. We actually have our doom crash to repeat all of our mistakes.
At least Crash was set in the present. Yeah. So I'd be like back in the 50s when race relations would be good. I think Kingpin, like out of, you know, the early Fairly Brothers movies like Dumb Dumber, something about Mary.
I think Kingpin is my favorite. It's the best. Let's do an episode about Kingpin. We can call it a pin of the King.
Sure. Right. Isn't that how we do the naming here? Yeah.
It has some, some of the, like some really funny jokes in it. Like, spoiler is for King. Well, we, like, I can't show like a movie to Sarah now because like any movie that I show her is just going to be like dumb. She's a teenager and she's like, this is like an 80s movie.
You're a million years old. Yeah, exactly. You know, but I was like, oh, we should watch Kingpin. It's funny and whatever.
And she actually like really enjoyed it. She's very funny, which is something like very happened about the good Fairly Brothers movies. Yeah. So stupid.
And I think it does have one of Bill Murray's best characters in it. He plays the biggest dipshit. Like the biggest comeback. It's great.
I like dipshit Bill Murray. Yeah. He's an asshole. Yeah.
What is an asshole but also bumbling and he's, he's a huge asshole, slightly bumbling, but more like just like he's an he's like the villain. Yeah. But like very funny. His name is a big earned McCracken.
It's great. She's. Yeah, I haven't seen that. But we have seen Mercy.
I have seen Mercy for some reason. I don't know. No, no, no. Marky Paz tells the, the, do plus tells the young boy about their other sister that went insane.
Hey, are we talking about Mercy or the other sister here? We should watch the other sister Yikes. Is that the one with Juliet Lewis and yeah, do you want to be the beast? Yeah.
Where are they? Well, guys, just look it up. It's writing the buzz with my other sister equally, equally tasteless movies. Yeah.
But this movie, we didn't even talk about what was the name? Dylan McDermott. Oh, yeah. He put the fuck is that man?
I don't know. Also, first I thought it was Timothy Hutton. It is not. So Dylan McDermott plays a friend of these kids, mom, right?
From back in the day and you get the feeling that they probably dated when they were younger. He's married. Well, I think they say like they broke up for some dumhereys and like, I don't know, he wasn't ready to settle down or some shit. But yeah.
So he he's married now and but he's still like very friendly with the mom. I mean, he's like explicitly like, you know, I would fuck you right here in front of your kids if you fuck me. Yeah. And they're like, do it.
Yeah. Very in favor of these two. Yeah. It happened.
Yeah. We know you're married, but we don't care. Yeah. We won't tell.
So he, but he like he's just kind of around, you know, like in the movie. Yeah, he's like fixing shit up and shit. Yeah. Walla, the grandma, mercy or whatever.
Well, she's there. I guess one of the big things is that the keeper is sedated most of the time, which I guess also sedates the devil or the demon devil. Yeah. Well, I mean, it just like totally incapacitates her.
So I feel like I've seen that used in other things where like someone's got the demons in them and it was in the Freddie versus Jason movie. Oh, where they? Yeah. They they dope up Jason and they with like HGH.
Yeah. Huge scandal. It gave him an unfair advantage in the fight between Freddie and Jason. Yeah.
Yeah. To use like real human drugs on supernatural days and have it work. That's fun. Yeah.
I mean, like, I guess I buy it in this because like the demon is looking for a new body. So it's still subject to the rules of its vessel in this a little bit. So, so one of the things they find the boy George finds a book under the floorboards in the house. Do you think it was going to be an evil dead thing?
I did. Yeah. Something like that. I guess it kind of is.
