#88 –Pamela Pamela - A Conversation about Real Self Care & the Challenge "Journey in a Jar"

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast episode 88! Pamela Pamela is a long-time Utah resident & seasoned Realtor; her life drastically changed after wrestling with a health scare in 2021. Realizing her emotional and physical pain was hugely influenced by the severely deficient self-love she had. She knew that real self-care was needed, but what & where to focus on first stopped her efforts instantly. Which led to the creation of the “Journey in a Jar”. She rebuilt herself from the inside out by intentionally focusing on things she loved to do and bringing her joy. Turns out LOVE is always the answer. Thus, the jar was born, filled with 365 ideas of self-care & “I am” statements. It was very surprising to her how this tool became an EASY & FUN way of helping to redirect her thoughts & efforts more positively. Over a short time, this has led to much more happiness and joy. Now, any love given by others literally overflows her cup and makes her more patient & loving with others. It’s weird how something so small can have such an impact on your own life. Imagine if everyone started to do that same thing. Before you know it, the world is full of A LOT more LOVE than before. It’s a real modern-day #love-a-lution in motion. We can do this!
