When it comes time to building our families, a lot of us go on all in on all the things we think we need to do to get us pregnant. But, what if going all in is not actually supporting your unique fertility needs? In today's episode, I share a few client examples of when focusing on something that we think is good for our fertility, actually might not be supporting our fertility.
