In the next four episodes, I'll be featuring incredible makers, shop owners, and e-commerce retailers who are members of the Shopkeepers Lab. First up is Brittany, owner of Kalopsia Clay. As she recovered from COVID with an entire month of unpaid leave from her full-time job, Brittany needed something to do with her hands.
