I'm tired of seeing the construction industry get ragged on, but we ultimately do this to ourselves. Shoot ourselves in the foot. Bite our nose to spite our face. Any of those adages that you can think of, that's what we are doing. I'm tired of seeing it. Tired of engineering, contractors and architects getting treated like shit. We all deserve better and it's time that we thought of people as investments.
