In diesem Video zeige ich dir, wie du trotz vollem Alltag Ziele so setzt, dass sie leicht werden: weniger Kopfkino, weniger „Müssen", mehr kleine Schritte, die wirklich passieren. Warum scheitern Vorsätze? Weil sie zu groß, zu hart und gegen dein echtes Leben geplant sind. Der innere Kritiker ruft „alles oder nichts" – und am Ende passiert: nichts. Was du mitnimmst: Die 1-%-Methode ohne Druck: Mini-Schritte, die in deinen Alltag passen (2-Minuten-Start, 10-Minuten-Regel, „heute nur ein kleiner Beweis"). Ziele, die dich tragen: freundlich formulieren (weg von „muss" → hin zu „ich wähle"), klar und erreichbar. Wenn-dann-Pläne & Habit-Stacking: Ziele an Routinen andocken (wenn der Kaffee läuft, schreibe ich eine Zeile / mache 5 Kniebeugen / rufe eine Person an). Umfeld & Grenzen: wie du leise „Nein" sagst, Verbündete findest und Saboteure entschärfst – ohne Drama. Belohnung, die wirkt: kleine, sofortige Belohnungen und ein freundlicher innerer Dialog, damit du dranbleibst. Nicht „größer, härter, schneller" – sondern klein, freundlich, konsistent. So sammelst du jeden Tag Beweise für dich.
