This episode is all about accountability. How are you holding yourself accountable? I don't care who you are, we all need a coach or a mentor to hold us accountable. If you could do it yourself, you wouldn't be listening to this podcast! Here's how you need to start taking accountability so that you can finally live your damn life and stop waiting for the weight.

This is an episode I pre-recorded and it was supposed to publish back in March. It was scheduled to go live the Monday right after the lock downs happened. I put the episode on hold b/c it didn't make sense at the time and instead I published some episodes about how to handle the pandemic.
