In this episode, I sit down with clinical psychologist Andrew Hartz to explore the state of men's mental health in a culture that feels increasingly polarized and hard to navigate. Andrew shares his perspective from clinical practice, arguing that much of what looks like ideological conflict is better understood as emotional dysregulation and difficulty tolerating complexity.
