Hands up who’s feeling exhausted right now??🙋🏼‍♀️ It seems that a lot of people we talk to are feeling it, so why is it and how can we move through well? We may not have an "answer", but today we offer some suggestions from our experience and what we have noticed, like an ideas smorgasbord if you will! We energised ourselves just having this conversation, and really, truly believe that God's word is FULL of truth that releases us from the overwhelm of exhaustion.
