This week we cover a huge few days in triathlon. Rico Bogen takes the win at T100 San Francisco, while Julie Derron puts together a brilliant performance to beat Taylor Knibb in the women's race. At Ironman Hamburg, Laura Philipp runs a stunning 2 hour 38 marathon to beat Kat Matthews and set a new Ironman world record. WTCS Alghero delivered high drama with Cassandre Beaugrand bouncing back from injury to take the win and Miguel Hidalgo navigating a chaotic race to come out on top. At Ironman Brasil, Manoel Messias impressed with a 2 hour 26 marathon.
