89. Repentance is love
from JustThe3ofUs Hosted by Tomi, Toyin & Courtney
Hey guyss, Welcome back! In today's episode, we talk about repentance and why it is viewed so harshly. We also talk about how to encourage others to repent. To repent is to turn away from your old sins/lifestyle that is not of God. If you struggle with accepting repentance as a form of love, just remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, cleansing us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9) Ezekiel 18:30-32 NKJV “Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,” says the Lord God. “Repent, and turn from all your transgressions, so that iniquity will not be your ruin. Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,” says the Lord God. “Therefore turn and live!” Have a blessed, stress-free, worry-free, anxiety-free week!
