#89 Success is a Series of Small Decisions: Tom Bowman

In 2008 when the recession took place, Tom lost his mortgage company and was forced to reinvent himself. He decided to enter into the network marketing space and has been a consistent top leader ever since. Before moving on to the company Tom presently represents, he was the number one leader in an organization that hit 2.5 million per month under his leadership. Through his journey, he has learned the systems of the leaders before him and has duplicated the practices while teaching others how to find success in that online shopping space. In this episode, we talk about mindset and success. Tom shares what it looks like to have a healthy mindset and how that translates to success in all areas of our lives. He continues to teach his strategies and encourages his team. He loves spending time with his kids, and he loves to cook.
