It is 日本沈没 Sinking of Japan, a TV drama based on a Japanese science fiction novel by Sakyo Komatsu, published in 1973. The scenes of the familiar city of Tokyo sinking into the sea are depicted with CG and are very powerful. Oguri Shun, who I am a fan of, also appears in the movie. It is also available on Netflix, which I recommend. Now, today's expression is "すごい” amazing. This expression is used when something happens that is beyond your expectations.
