#89 - INTERVIEWFOLGE 9 - Heute gibt es die zweite Episode im Podcast mit Dr. Dr. Rainer Zitelmann, deutscher Historiker, 24-facher Buchautor und Unternehmer. Er baute nicht nur eins der führenden PR-Beratungsunternehmen in der Immobilienbranche auf und verkaufte dies in 2016 sondern ist mittlerweile Investor und weltweit auf Vorträgen zu sehen und seinen zweiten Dr. Titel erhielt er über eine Studie zu der Psychologie der Superreichen, in der er über 45 Multimillionäre befragt. Wir sprechen mit Ihm darüber, wie man es schafft, dass man sich auf jeden Tag freut, wie man sein WARUM findet, welche Routinen er hat, was die größte Lektion von Hr. Zitelmanns Eltern war, warum nur die wenigsten mit Aktien und Immobilien reich werden, sondern als Unternehmer, warum Freiberufler statistisch eine niedrigere Lebenserwartung haben und wie Hr. Zitelmann die Aufgaben outsourct, die ihn von den Dingen abbringen, die ihn voranbringen bzw. die er leidenschaftlich gerne tut. Auch eine spannende Perspektive war, dass Hr. Zitelmann eher ein sicherheitsorientierter Mensch ist und trotzdem in Immobilien, Aktien und als Unternehmer aktiv ist aber wie er die Sicherheitsperspektive in diese Bereiche einbringt, ohne Nachteile zu haben. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system.
