#897- You're Swimming Upstream...

If you're not taking care of your mindset with the same diligence as you brush your teeth and take a shower, then it doesn't matter.    The reality is, swimming upstream towards your goals creates anxious energy. It will come off in your content, sales, and marketing. You'll be scaring opportunities away instead of pulling them towards you.    I know because I was in this same position working 14 hours a day, operating in this "anxious as f*ck" energy". There was a time where I had to re-shift my focus back onto personal development so I could stop resenting my business.    What most people don't f*cking understands that you don't have to work as hard.
