8a: A Shooting in Madison Could Change the Election

A man was shot by police in Madison after the alleged victim was stopped for breaking into parked cars. It now enters the democratic primary after multiple candidates were at the scene and speaking on the shooting. Everyday Hero: a 16-year-old from Illinois saw a car stuck in a ditch, and decided to stop and check out the situation. The 16 year old find a women unconscious in the car. After calling 911 he was able to get the women to the hospital.
