On the evening of May 3rd, Gunargie O'Sullivan organized 8East Resonates in collaboration with the Red Jam Slam Society, the Now Society, 8East, and CiTR 101.9FM. From 7-11pm we hosted a listening party of documentaries produced for the Resonating Reconciliation project on the subject of Indian Residential Schools, and their impact on survivors and communities. After each documentary, musicians from the Now Society responded to the piece with a jam.
