A tout juste 20 ans, Pauline Duval intègre l'entreprise en tant que membre du Conseil d'administration. A la fin de ses études, alors qu'elle rêvait d'indépendance, son père lui demande de rejoindre le groupe. Elle accepte, fait ses preuves et en prend la direction générale en 2017.
