Les entreprises familiales sont encore largement majoritaires en France et font constamment face à des enjeux de transmission.C'est le cas du Groupe Duval, créé en 1994 par Eric Duval. A tout juste 20 ans, Pauline Duval intègre l'entreprise en tant que membre du Conseil d'administration. A la fin de ses études, alors qu'elle rêvait d'indépendance, son père lui demande de rejoindre le groupe. Elle accepte, fait ses preuves et en prend la direction générale en 2017. Résultat : 30 ans après sa création, l'entreprise réalise un chiffre d'affaires de près d'1 milliard d'euros, rassemble 6 000 collaborateurs et assure une présence internationale.
