9-13-22: Now is the opportunity of a lifetime

There are some disturbing numbers out there about how many people have left their jobs and don’t plan to return and even worse, how many people plan to quit in the next 3-6 months. What does that mean for you? It means that employers are desperate for people who are hungry and hard working. It means you can apply for a job you want and don’t have the traditional qualifications for because employers are likely to train someone who they see as excited and driven. The competition is weak which means the opportunities are plentiful. Do it now though, because companies will adapt, and quickly. There will be more A.I., more automation and more jobs sent overseas.
