Today, South Carolina (WSOC) Senator Lindsey Graham is set to introduce a new bill for a national abortion ban. The proposal is called the Protecting Pain-Capable Unborn Children from Late-Term Abortions Act. At this time, Graham hasn’t announced specific the time frame for banning the procedure but in 2021, Graham introduced a similar bill calling for a ban on abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy. We breakdown what we know about this measure and reaction from both sides of this issue.
