Canon Luke Zignego, ICKSP serves as Chaplain of Saint Joseph Oratory in the Diocese of Gary, Indiana. He was ordained in 2018.     In Today's Show Can you explain the tradition of calling an Institute priest "Canon" vs. "Father?" Is there a way the faithful can tell a Canon vs. Priest when in public? Do you gently correct the faithful who may call you Father instead of Canon? Does the Institute of Christ the King follow the old or new calendar, a combination of both, or something different altogether? Is it in any way permissible for a believer to keep a consecrated host in their home - securely contained, of course, in a sealed receptacle, such as a monstrance - for purposes of private veneration? Why are we not kneeling to receive the Holy Eucharist? How should we interpret "My God, my God, why has thou forsaken me?" Did Adam and Eve experience shame due to their nakedness in the Garden? Would they have experienced any healthy human desire for intimacy?
