#9: A girl in Miami

"I can't talk bad about her because she is not here to defend herself". I learned of this statement from a stranger I met in Miami who is now a friend. Once I became aware of this concept I started to notice when I was talking bad about others. It wasn't all the time but it happened and I noticed how easy other people around me did it as well. Connection and superiority, the two main reasons we talk bad about others. This episode highlights these reasons and the action of noticing when we talk bad about others who aren't there to defend themselves. I truly believe we will make more progress and experience more happiness if we stop talking about each other and start talking to each other. It's on us.
