9. Alienated Parent's Bill of Rights

I’m assuming, that if the family court system was involved in any part of your custody situation, that you're familiar Children's Bill of Rights.   And, if you are anything like me , you also have mixed feelings about even hearing those words (“children's bill of rights”) because, it likely didn't prove to be measurable/enforceable. So The term itself can serve as a source of frustration. As an alienated parent, it seemed a *little* bit (or a lot) like a slap in the face... as It is rarely followed.  However, I have come up with our own.
