She is targeting selection in the heptathlon in Tokyo and admits in this interview how the postponement of the games may prove helpful after getting injured in 2020. Niamh is also an ambassador for Glorious - an online platform which is aiming to promote women's sport and participation by girls and young women and she describes how important sport was to her whilst growing up.
