9. Be The Church - Mission/Impact

This week of our fall campaign called "Be The Church" we focus on Cylinder 6 of the engine that powers the church. The cylinder is called Mission/Impact. We know that the church of Jesus is a church on mission. We are co-missioned by Jesus to go and make disciples. This mission has the capacity to change our community. We will take responsibility for our region to see an impact made for the Kingdom of God. We are a mission organization in our region and so we will follow what missionaries do as they live and work in a community. They find ways to connect with the needs of the people around them. We live in chaotic times. These times are also times of great opportunity. We want to be positioned as a church to step into opportunities that God provides to make a difference in our community for the Kingdom of God.
