9. Being A Successful Real Estate Agent with Mike O'Connor

from Sidrit’s Podcast - Real Estate, Crypto/NFT, Social Media & More · host Sidrit Veselaj

Mike O'Connor - A Massachusetts native, Mike’s career in real estate took him to Florida, where he worked in retail development. Now, back in the Bay State. Mike’s experience in the commercial sector has served to broaden this ambitious and entrepreneurial agent’s overall knowledge of the industry, giving him the bandwidth and expertise to assist his clients at every step of their real estate journey. Mike recognizes that journey can be confusing, overwhelming, and fast-paced - especially in a highly competitive market like Boston’s. He takes pride in being detail-oriented and thorough, always working to stay one step ahead of the process by anticipating the questions and needs of his clients. His goal? To be ready with an informed response or the right action steps. He thinks his background in retail development and business has given him a solid understanding of how to address the needs of clients and manage a deal from start to finish. Negotiating and getting the right read is an art form - and one gets good at it through experience. Mike has that under his belt. He is well-equipped to see a deal from every angle, and his job is to pave the way for his clients so that they achieve their objectives - whether that be selling a city condo, buying a country home, or making a savvy real estate investment. Mike is a graduate of Suffolk University. In his free time, he enjoys golf and learning new things. _____________________________________________________________________ Please follow your host Sidrit Veselaj on Instagram and other social media platforms @sidrit.veselaj , email [email protected] for direct inquiries.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
