9: Bob McClansy

Bob McClancy was a Vietnam veteran and former Bradenton County Sheriff’s detective in Florida. He was known as a funny man who loved animals, had a kind heart, and was devoted to his family.A few years after he married Martha Ann, Bob retired and the couple moved to a secluded hillside cabin in Coker Creek, Tennessee. The Vietnam veteran struggled with PTSD. Bob was determined to beat the debilitating illness and in 2006 joined a 6 week program run by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
