A little about our guests. Dave & Noelle have been together for 8 years. Dave is originally from Maui, Hawaii and moved to Phoenix in 2002. Dave enjoys surfing (a requirement for those born in Hawaii), snowboarding, traveling and playing the drums. Noelle grew up in Arizona. Noelle studied business at Arizona Christian University. She has been in the corporate world (didn’t enjoy it) the field of higher education administration (didn’t enjoy it) and now works with her husband (loves it!) She is glad to be using her business degree again. Noelle and Dave enjoy working out together. They have participated in several races. Shadow the Dog is their fur-baby and was assisting us during the production of the show. A little about their business.  Clark Heating & Cooling is an HVAC, the AC part being most important in Phoenix. Dave started the business 5 years ago and they were married at the time. Noelle came into the business full-time 2 years ago as the office person and networking person.   Dave came out to AZ to study HVAC. He liked it so much he stayed and after a few years working for someone else, started his own company. Noelle is the organization of the company. She handles the office and all new business development.  Noelle says networking has really helped their business. One piece of advice (the nutshell version) Be passionate about your business.
