9. Encounters with a black bear

This episode was recorded in early July 2023, which is when we reflected on some recent adversity that ChrisP experienced with a black bear. Nature can be brutal, and we should all remember not to hang our hat on any artificial plans we may have - cause unfortunately Nature doesn't care about our silly plans. Rather than being a hubris prick, too clever for our own good, and consumed with frustration centered around an inevitable setback, let us take a moment to step back and consider these things as learning opportunities for deeper wisdom and creativity.
